The main house has 2 spacious bedrooms each with double bed,
Sharing a spacious sparkling new bathroom, shower, toilet & basin.
The main house is open plan living with kitchen and separate scullery.
The front doors open up on to a porch with beautiful view of our valley.
The kitchen’s sliding doors open up onto a cosy breakfast picnic bench with
Cape Umbrella, perfect for sharing family sunny side up breakie-in-pajamas
Before heading to the beach!!!
Free, spacious parking available for 3 to 4 cars
lush green lawns/hedges in the front and back yards.
The connecting apartment with small kitchenette,
has 2 bedrooms, each with single bed, perfect for teenagers
With a shared bathroom, shower, toilet & basin.
(the apartment can be changed to a double bed on request
Making it comfortable and private for a small family.)
The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a bench to appreciate
the magnificent green valley view and own private garden with
separate entrances from the back and front balcony.
A build a braai on the front porch, green lawns back & front.
A convenient, extra shower and toilet room is available
to rinse off the sand when coming back from the beach.
Wi-Fi, Fire TV with Netflix, Prime & You Tube to keep up with world news!

Electric stove & oven, air fryer, double door fridge/freezer, bar fridge, kettle,
Toaster, microwave, washing machine, dish washer.
A small converter & solar light for small electrical failures.
We have water tanks connected to the system, in case of muni water supply failure.
All bed linen is supplied
Kindly bring your OWN BATH & BEACH TOWELS.
Ps: “Fire TV” is when a non smart tv is converted to a smart tv with Netflix and what ever you want to download, you plug that in at the back,
connect the wifi and Wala!!!
