NR 51: PULLEN’S BAY: HOUSE ON THE BEACH:
Spectacular seaview from this comfortable HOUSE ON THE BEACH:
A most relaxing and enjoyable setting to just unwind, read a book, or go fishing, bird watching, a
cool swim in the sea or be more energetic and go a hike on the many trails available in the area.
Main house has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10
FLAT has 1 bedroom, sleep 2.
Main House:
Main bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet & basin
Bedroom 2: next to main bedroom, has bunk beds, sleeps 2. Top bunk has railings.
Bedroom 3; has 2 single beds, which can be put together or apart.
Bedroom 4: upstairs loft has 1 double and 2 single beds, sleeps 4
2nd bathroom has bath, shower, toilet and basin.
There is an open outside hot shower, as well as an open outside cold shower.
The kitchen has a 5 plate gas stove, fridge, chest freezer, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster, filter
coffee machine.
An outside braai at the back veranda leading off from the lounge, as well as a mobile skottle.
(the braai at the outside near heated shower should NOT be used, as it is a fire hazard being too
close to the forest.
Grids and tongs can be found in the house. Please bring your own wood.
FLATLET: sleeps 2
Has a king size bed, en suite with shower , toilet and basin.
The flatlet has a bar fridge, kettle and toaster, open plan lounge, dining, kitchenette.
IMPORTANT FACTORS:
Parking: a very step tarred driveway leads down to the house. Once unpacked, please park
car at the top of the driveway . This helps alleviate soil erosion issues. There is also a
cemented slab top to septic tank in front of flatlet that should be avoided . driving near here
will cause it to collapse.
The house is thatch: some lose thatch will fall – Insurance (and common sense) required
that all fires MUST ALWAYS be attended and FULLY EXTINGUISHED in the evenings.
All toilets operate on septic. NOTHING other than toilet paper to be flushed down toilets.
NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL.
ALL bed linen is provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BATH & BEACH TOWELS.
